Returns & Refunds
Review the Armoze returns and refunds policy for made-to-order canvas prints, damaged orders, cancellations, and replacement requests.

Armoze prints are produced after an order is placed. Because each item is made to order, returns for buyer’s remorse, size changes, or preference changes are not guaranteed once production begins.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us quickly. Cancellation requests are easiest to handle within 24 hours of purchase and before production starts.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email hello@armoze.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue. After review, Armoze may provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.
After a refund is issued, your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
Returned packages
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.
Armoze reviews returned-package situations individually based on the order status and carrier information.
